    Actually, those people aren't INSIDE the SPZ...the seal is OUTSIDE of it! Darn seals just won't cooperate sometimes... :) This is a pretty large cove and unfortunately you can't block off the entire place. Humans will come anyway. These people seem to be a respectful distance from the seal and sharing the space well.

    Thank you Diane !! I made an assumption... and we all know what happens when you do that....... lol.

    Good point, sometimes the SPZ needs to be condensed to give the seal some protection without limiting the beach for people to enjoy.... a lesson learned over the years.
